Where is Petripini located?

Our holiday residence is located in Sotta, Southern Corsica, halfway between Porto-Vecchio and Figari, nestled between the sea and the mountains. Surrounded by maquis and away from the crowds, it’s ideal for a peaceful stay in nature, while still being close to all activities that can be done in the region.

Do you offer holiday homes with a private pool?

Yes. Each of our cottages has its own private pool, perfect for relaxing after a hike or a day at the beach.

Is Petripini an eco-friendly residence?

Yes, Petripini was designed to minimize its environmental impact and show the beauty of nature. We prioritize the use of sustainable materials, recycled or Made in France furniture, and implement responsible practices such as waste sorting, energy efficiency, and protecting local biodiversity.

Is it suitable for families?

Absolutely. It’s an ideal destination for a family holiday in Corsica, with plenty of space, peace, private pools, and easy access to nature-based activities.

However, in the spirit of the place, which is calm and close to nature, we kindly ask parents to ensure that their children respect the peace and privacy of other guests.

What activities are available on site?

You’ll enjoy a wellness area with sauna, a small fitness room, and a bar/café space. There are also scenic walks through the nearby maquis, a wildlife observation hide, a pétanque court, and themed gardens. Of course, you can simply unwind by your private pool before heading out for dinner in the area.

Is it a good place for couples or groups of friends?

Yes, our residence is perfect for a romantic getaway in Corsica, a wellness retreat, or a trip with friends. Each house is independent, with a private terrace and pool, offering full privacy and comfort.

Is there a pool in the studios/apartments?

No, as of today none of the studios or apartments are equipped with a pool.

Is there a pool for each villa?

Yes, each house / villa has its own individual and private pool.

Are you near the GT20 cycling route?

Yes, the residence is located less than 2 km from the GT20, Corsica’s long-distance cycling route. It’s an ideal stop for bikepacking travelers to enjoy a restful break with a private pool and serene setting, before heading south to Bonifacio or north toward the island’s interior. We welcome cyclists and can provide breakfast or additional services on request.

Is there a reception on site?

Yes, a member of our team is available during the day to welcome and assist you. The reception, sauna, fitness room, and bar/café are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m during summer. Opening hours may vary during the quieter months.

How can I book a cottage?

You can book our suites and villas directly on our official website and its booking tool eviivo, securely. For special requests (group bookings, retreats, extended stays), feel free to contact us through the online form.

Can I stay without a car?

We highly recommend renting a car to explore the region freely or a bike if you are confident in riding on steep and narrow roads. Do not hesitate to come with an EV, chargers are available on site.

Is the Petripini residence open all year round?

One of our goals is to remain open for most of the year, not just during the busy summer months. Corsica is beautiful year-round and offers various activities also in the cooler months. Our accommodations are equipped with air conditioning units that provide both cooling in summer and heating in winter. The fitness area and sauna are also available throughout the year.
